Tuesday this week was a big festival of Melbourne. I was happy to have a day off and went to city to enjoy such a fantastic festival.
The weather was warm and sunny. Most streets were full of people. Girls,ladies looked more attractive by lovely, colourful long dress with different hat styles. That so beautiful they were! Everyone seemed to be exited of participating the festival.
I was in Federation Square with my friend from 1.30 PM. We were all eager to see the Horse racing- one of the most fantastic activity in the Festival. We have also bet some money on racing horses, but we have lost.
Neverthless, for me, it was the first time I came here, so I fell the festival is so impressive and enjoyable festival. It is the festival of fashion, exiting activities.

Yes, there were also many ladies dressed up yesterday (Thursday) for Oaks Day - an important racing day for fashion. In my case I've never been to the races, although I'd like to go, but not on Melbourne Cup day, that looks too crowded - 102 000 people!

I was planning to go there but my wife wanted to go to ggarden. So, we went to Royal Tropical Garden.
It was fantastic. So many types of flowers and so many people were there.
But I really wish I can go there next year. It looks wonderful.
